What should I know before starting my session?
- The wearable must be completely dry (showing ~0.1 mM).
- It's calibrated for indoor treadmill at room temperature at lactate 3 mM.
- Do not cover the wearable.
How long does it last?
Six weeks and if the readings start drifting then take it off to rinse the electrodes on the bottom (facing the skin). Re-apply.
